Message Oriented Text Interchange System (MOTIS) is the ISO/IEC variant of Rec. ITU-T X.400.

This arc was used for those OIDs in Rec. ITU-T X.400 OIDs that are used by ISO/IEC to define the GeneralText body part in 1988. This part was agreed to by ITU-T in 1992.
