Acknowledgement

The software for the management of this OID repository was developed in Objective Caml for France Telecom by Renaud Schauber, Julien Barbeau, Sébastien Lenne, Aurélien Jeamet, Marouane Ben Amor and Olivier Dubuisson. At the beginning the database was populated by Julien Barbeau, Jean-Michel Farin, Jérôme Silvestre and Olivier Dubuisson. Harald Alvestrand's OID repository was merged into this repository. The database system is PostgreSQL. The HTML Tidy Library is used to check the fields which describe an OID.
